Loosing Interest
Thought I'd give a bit of a run down on what I used to do...........along with some pics. Freeform Crochet seems to be abating after 5 years of madly hooking........
Even so I still love it.............just not so enthusiastic to take up the hook. Perhaps things just do run their course. The next question............what the heck do I do with all the yarns that I have collected..................... No doubt something will spring to mind when I least expect it.
The pic is a lid of a box that I made for a Challenge on the Freeform Crochet List.........which I still subscribe to but just sort of lurk occassionally.
It is titled "Spring in Australia". Obviously I made it in Spring........was feeling very springy...........whilst most of the people on the list were making stuff with snow scenes and so forth as they live in the Northern Hemisphere! I felt challenged to use up odds and ends that I had. Including some white........which made up into Flannel Flowers. Quite enjoyed making it..........I think this was being made when I started to lose interest. LOL!
